Tania Antoshina

taniaTania Antoshina was born in Krasnoyarsk, Siberia; she studied art and got her PhD in fine arts from Industrial Academy, Moscow.


Tania’s works are in major national collections including Moscow State Russian Museum, St. Petersburg, The State Tretyakov Gallery, Moscow, The National Center for Contemporary Art (NCCA), Moscow, MUMOK, Wien, Neues Museum Weserburg, Bremen, National Museum of Women in the Arts, Washington DC, Corcoran Art Museum, Washington DC, and Casoria Contemporary Art Museum, Naples.

She has been awarded Olympic Art gold medal and “Five Rings Prize”, Beijing (2008), and has been prize-winner in video festival “Magmart” Naples, Italy (2006) and “Silver camera”, The Museum House of Photography, Moscow (2003, 2002)
